- HOW DO I CHARGE MY ACCESSORIES?
The accessories come with designated slots to insert AAA/AA batteries. They also have a charging port. You may charge it using the USB cable given.
- DO I NEED A SEPARATE MOBILE APPLICATION TO CONTROL THE SETTINGS?
Yes, you will have to download a mobile application to change the settings and customize the accessories like (LED Hats, Eye wear etc)
- WHAT KIND OF TECHNOLOGY IS USED?
We use LED’s.
- HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?
- Depending on the temperature, the battery will last for 4-6 hours. This estimate is based on test of color changing modes which are the most commonly used. Different color light have different energy consumption. The LED bracelet lasts for up to 7 hours on a single charge.
- IS THERE A RISK OF AN ELECTRIC SHOCK?
All items are powered by low voltage batteries. The material does not heat up even when lit for prolonged periods. It is completely safe.

Hand Wash ONLY :- Use a soft cloth, scrub fiber directly, keep battery away from water, Don't use iron or dryer, Hang it till dry in ventilated area.
- Sound Activated T-Shirts / Fiber Optic Clothes
Yes, You can hand wash these products. Use warm water and gently scrub with soap. Make sure you do not knead, twist the area covered with the LED panels or lights. Remember to remove the battery before washing. You can remove the LED panel from the LED T-shirts and wash them and reattach the panel once dried.
- HOW BRIGHT ARE THE PRODUCTS?
These products a super bright in the dark, creating an luminous, glowing experience.
- CAN I SWITCH IT ON/OFF?
Yes, all of our products include an on/off switch on the battery pack that lets you control when your items are lit up and in what sequence.
- WHICH COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our LED bracelets are available in 7 different colors.
- WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Every order is different. How quickly your order arrives depends on a few things such as item availability, shipping method and the dates of order. We always ship items as soon as possible, if the order contains multiple items we may deliver it in more than one package.
- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally as long as you provide us the correct address.
- WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED ALONG WITH THE PRODUCT?
A user manual is included along with the product.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS?
All returns are processed within 7 business days following their arrival at our warehouse. Note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to show up on your statement depending on the issuing bank.
